[Backtagging] I'm fine with backtagging. I don't reply sometimes, though. 8( But that's never anything personal!
[Threadhopping] Haha, threadhopping's fine.
[Plotting] I'm cool with plotting. I love plots! Hit me on AIM if you ever want to plot.
[Offensive subjects] Uh, I'm pretty ok with a lot of things. Most of the time, I try to avoid smut.

[What's okay to mention around him/her] Everything, really. Jomy's a character that's supposed to be really angsty, so the darker things you mention to him, the better! Be warned that he'll counter it with his bunny rabbit idealism, though.
[Is there anything you need us to know about interacting with this character? Special physical features, special abilities, etc] He's the only halfblood in a mostly pureblood family, so he's still pretty rich. Other than that, the boy's pretty average, unless you count being pretty as a special ability?
[Can I hack that strike or otherwise find out information they'd prefer to keep hidden?] I'll mention it if something he writes is hackable, and I'm fine with hacking most of the time.
[Can I troll/mindscrew/mess with in general?] SURE WHY NOT. He gets trolled a lot in canon, and mindscrew is bordering on mundane for him. He'll react horribly to it but eh, I love development.
[Can I spit at/jinx/step on/etc? (i.e. fighting)] Talk to me first before you try to do any of the sort.
[Can I flirt with/hug/kiss/use other means of non-violent physical contact with this character?] Pats and hugs are fine; heck, he'll love them. I'm okay with kisses, but expect him to blush like an idiot after. Sex... god, IDK, ping me first.
[Anything else?] N/A

Every day that passes is a day we get closer and closer to the end of the school year, and that day means more to some students than most.
I wonder what it's like when you roam the halls knowing that, in a month, you're going to graduate, and that you're going to leave the institution that nurtured and educated you for seven years. Did you have make a lot of friends? Enemies? Good memories? Bad ones? One's environment and peers are factors that impact an individual a lot, so I wonder how much the time you've spent here will help you when you finally leave this institution! Are you excited? Ready? Afraid? Do you have what it takes to face life head on? I'm sure you do. You managed to submit seven years worth of papers, after all.
Experiences vary from person to person, but there's one thing the graduating students have in common: They're all going to graduate, and that much is an accomplishment. I suppose this is an advanced congratulations to all seventh years here. All of you will be missed.
Ah, by the way, I'm not graduating. I guess I'll have to find out how I feel next year! ...Right now, I have homework to finish and a cat to feed.

I still can't get used to the fact that I'm apparently 17 now. I feel like I should be more mature, but... Maybe this is what mom meant about maturity being a gradual thing.
OH MAN.
Who let the babies in?
Yep, just what we need -- little brats breaking shit.
[OOC: babby!Jomy who is like, 11. YEAH HE DIDN'T REALLY AGE BACK THAT MUCH. I'd be tagging you guys with
Counseling? Really? Excuse me, but while I fully respect everyone's decisions about the delinquents' appropriate punishments, don't you guys think this is a little bit too much?
They messed up. They're not emotionally disturbed, they're teenagers. Besides, I think along with bombarding them with punishments and general schoolwork and having to put up with their peers who areprobably definitely cross with them considering how they lost points for their respective houses, would they even be able to handle this? I mean, I can't be the only person that thinks this is way too overwhelming, right? Wouldn't it be wiser for all of these to come at one at a time? Let them ease into these things, not just shove it hard to their faces.

Oh, we can go to Hogsmeade tomorrow! Finally. I can use the neat gift certificate I got from last year's Magic Fair. Two galleons amount of candy is a little too much for me, though, so would anybody want some?
Now, if only I can remember where I put the gift certificate in question. It's probably inside a random sock somewhere, or this pile of homework I've been meaning to finish. I just need to find it.

Well, since I taped it here already, I can't see why I wouldn't be allowed to share this with everyone.
I'm not that much of an artist, though.

That was a really fun Valentine's Day! I can't say I did anything special though. I did spend it bonding with my blanket. It's definitely more affectionate than it used to be.
Thank you so much to everyone who gave me stuff, by the way! That was a really nice thing to do. [...] The roses are very lovely, and the chocolates were delicious.
Maybe I should spend my free time working on my History of Magic homework now.
[OOC: YEAH BEEN KINDA FAILING LATELY. All the 6th Year Gryff boys get candy, all the prefects get carnations and all his friends get chocolate. If you think your character is his friend, you're probably right.]

I opened my journal earlier and finally saw the demon cat everyone was gossiping about. Its head was spinning and it had red eyes. It's not so bad! I think it's actually kind of... cute. [!??!?!??!?!??] Whoever's spreading rumors about it being terrifying is exaggerating.
I still don't understand why Juliet had to be dragged away, and what's so important about Italian politics that they felt like they needed to drag a perfectly healthy teenage girl from her school. Children of our ages should be whining about homework, not fretting about court trials. [...] I apologize if that came out too offensive or judgmental but that's my opinion, and voice it I shall.
Valentine's Day is fast approaching! I wonder if it would be weird if I send flowers or chocolates to my friends. Would it seem like I'm hitting on them? I don't really want to give anyone signals or anything. I don't want my friends to think I want them to be my valentine, not that I've ever had a date before. My cat has a bigger romantic history than me, and all he's been doing is flirting with the other cats... if you could call dragging dead mice to them flirting.
Anyway, enough of me. What about you guys? It seems like I've been neglecting to write anything lately, and a lot of new people are using the journal! Hi, new people. My name's Jomy. I'm a 6th Gryffindor but you guys probably know that because I'm a big, scary prefect. Oh gosh, I hope I don't come off as scary now.
Oh, and this may seem a bit late, but congratulations, Ravenclaw! Slytherin was pretty amazing, too. That was an awesome match. You guys should be proud of yourselves.
